Job Role & Responsibilities
Role: Planning & Development of paint & Robotic painting process, Equipment, validation for 2wh and CV Parts
Process Planning
- Design Robotic Painting Process with Robot teaching for new parts , robotic painting parameters and standardization of process with achieving PQS-CTQ points for Sheet metal parts & polymer parts
- Develop New Colour paints with targets of minimum coats , lowest cost using low cost raw materials along with paint suppliers to achieve shade matching and PQS, CTQ
- Explore AI driven processes
Defect free fast product Introduction
- Process Improvements for Cost Reduction /Productivity /Delivery Time based on material , Equipments , Energy efficiency
- To establish necessary Poka-Yoke/interlocks for fool proof manufacturing process of painting of sheet metal parts.
