As an Engineering & Operations Manager , you'll lead the day-to-day operations of an aerospace engine test facility, ensuring repair, overhaul, remanufacturing, and testing activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will oversee production planning, resource management, continuous improvement initiatives, and team leadership to achieve operational and financial objectives.

• Oversee daily operations, including workforce planning, scheduling, overtime authorization, and labor cost management.
• Lead repair, overhaul, remanufacturing, and testing activities to meet customer, quality, and production requirements.
• Develop and manage annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and site expenses to achieve business objectives.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to prioritize work, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish, implement, and maintain operational policies, procedures, and processes that support strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Finance teams to support strategic planning, labor reporting, expense tracking, and customer billing.
• Manage employee performance, staffing, coaching, safety, resource planning, and professional development.
