Job Description

Important: This is a hands-on Engineering Manager role. The successful candidate is expected to remain actively involved in software development and programming alongside leading the engineering team . Strong coding skills are a must and will be assessed as part of the recruitment process.

Role Overview

Lead a team of engineers delivering scalable Java backend systems and React-based frontend applications integrated with cloud and modern data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Own sprint execution, roadmap delivery, and team performance.
Drive backend API design using Java and Spring Boot.
Ensure frontend architecture quality and React performance standard
Oversee cloud deployment pipelines and DevOps processes.
Guide Snowflake and Databricks integrations.
Mentor engineers and conduct performance reviews.
Strong backend system design using Java.
Advanced React development and state management knowledge.
Hands-on cloud deployment experience.
Working knowledge of Snowflake schemas and Databricks workflows.
AI feature integration exposure.
BI/reporting system experience.
