Position Overview
People Services India is seeking an HR generalist for its specialized People Services operation, with a key focus on employee relations.
The role supports complex queries and transactions across total rewards, employee benefits, and retirals.
The position supports managers, employees, HR colleagues, and business units across RTX.
Employee Relations Responsibilities
- Provide complex HR advisory and transactional support across specialized services.
- Coach stakeholders on employee relations policies, standards, and procedures.
- Advise HR business partners on disciplinary matters, escalated cases, change management, and culture-related issues.
- Manage employee relations cases in ServiceNow from initiation to resolution.
- Contribute to employee relations and HR policy development in line with local culture, labor laws, and practices.
- Deliver employee relations awareness and training programs, including POSH.
Total Rewards and Service Delivery
- Support benefits administration, vendor coordination, and employee communications for total rewards programs.
- Conduct workshops and awareness sessions on employee benefits.
