Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least 10+ years of related experience , including managing teams .
• Strong expertise in aerospace electronics design, ensuring your team possesses the skills required to succeed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree (or related field).
• Comprehensive experience with DO-254 and ARP4754 industry standards.

• U.S. Person status : As a U.S. Department of Defense Contractor , applicants must meet ITAR eligibility requirements .

Salary Range

• $139,516 - $222,863 per year . Most new hires will start near the mid-point of $181,189 , subject to factors including experience, certifications, and market conditions.
