Teaching and Learning Support Service
The Teaching and Learning Support Service supports faculty members in making teaching more engaging and helps students access flexible, high-quality education through appropriate technology.
Position Purpose
Oversee the operational management of educational development, instructional design, and digital development activities within the Teaching and Learning Support Service.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise projects, programs, training sessions, and events to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality delivery.
Translate strategic guidance into operational action plans, coordinate resources, and contribute directly to educational development and instructional design.
Program and Educational Development
- Manage the educational and digital development programs and projects portfolio, including needs analysis, resource allocation, monitoring, issue resolution, and quality improvement.
- Plan and supervise educational development activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops, training sessions, and communities of practice.
- Design and lead training sessions, develop pedagogical resources, guide professors, and provide education technology support.
