- Lead and develop all Education programs and activities to align with corporate strategies and goals
- Prepare effective Education programs with external entities encompassing environment, community, and marketplace issues
- Establish positive and collaborative relationships with key institutions both private and governmental
- Manage relationships with schools, universities, and corporates
- Create engaging learning resources and supporting materials for all Education programs and events
- Evaluate ongoing programs periodically to keep them up to date
- Monitor and track all data records of conducted education sessions to formulate insights on potential improvements
- Create an internal program to engage internal stakeholders (Internal Awareness Program)
- Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps
- Participate in environmental events to ensure education programs are well represented and promoted
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Education, or Environmental Sciences
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Environmental best practices or a relevant field
- Experience in delivering and presenting workshops and training programs
- Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Fluent in Arabic and English

Job Description
- We are seeking a Manager – Education (UAEN) to oversee Education activities in alignment with corporate strategy, handle organizational environmental awareness campaigns, and build positive attitude and behavioral change towards the environment.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
