ABOUT OUR ECONOMICS TEAM

Secretariat’s Economics team advises clients on complex business, legal, and regulatory matters where rigorous economic analysis is critical to decision-making. Our work may include evaluating the competitive effects of mergers, estimating lost profits or damages in disputes involving patent infringement or trade secrets, assessing fair compensation issues, and analyzing the impact of market rules and regulations on businesses.
