Responsibilities
- Support brand launch prep: stock, packaging, store, go to market
- Manage inventory across categories
- Ensure products are organized, packed, tracked, and dispatch ready
- Coordinate orders, delivery, updates, and after sales
- Drive sales via website, social, outreach, clubs, events, GCC
- Identify customers, riders, trainers, influencers, partners
- Support pricing, promotions, and conversions
- Coordinate content, images, captions, campaigns, launches
- Maintain consistent premium online presence
- Collect feedback on fit, design, pricing
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, fashion retail, e commerce, social media coordination, brand operations, or startup business support
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Comfortable managing social media messages, online orders, inventory, and customer follow ups
- Good commercial understanding of pricing, sales, promotions, and customer conversion
- Highly organized, self driven, and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Fashion Technology, Textile Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related fashion discipline

Role Overview
- We are looking for a proactive, hands on, and commercially minded individual to manage the launch and day to day operations of a premium equestrian apparel startup.
Business Launch & Operations
- Support brand launch prep: stock, packaging, store, go to market
- Manage inventory across categories
- Ensure products are organized, packed, tracked, and dispatch ready
- Coordinate orders, delivery, updates, and after sales
- Maintain inventory, sales, and stock records
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales via website, social, outreach, clubs, events, GCC
- Identify customers, riders, trainers, influencers, partners
- Support pricing, promotions, and conversions
- Track enquiries, follow up, convert leads
- Explore GCC shipping and regional sales
Brand & Social Media Coordination
- Coordinate content, images, captions, campaigns, launches
- Maintain consistent premium online presence
- Respond to messages, enquiries, sizing, orders
- Build visibility across Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, communities
- Suggest campaigns, collaborations, influencer partnerships
Product & Market Development
- Collect feedback on fit, design, pricing
- Monitor demand and top performing products
- Recommend new ideas based on trends and sales
- Support future collections and improvements
- Conduct basic competitor and pricing research
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, fashion retail, e commerce, social media coordination, brand operations, or startup business support
- Experience in fashion, sportswear, lifestyle retail, equestrian products, or premium consumer brands will be an advantage
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Comfortable managing social media messages, online orders, inventory, and customer follow ups
- Good commercial understanding of pricing, sales, promotions, and customer conversion
- Highly organized, self driven, and able to work independently
- Interest in fashion, premium apparel, sports, or equestrian lifestyle is preferred
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC customer behavior and online selling platforms will be an added advantage
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Fashion Technology, Textile Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related fashion discipline
