Manager, Digital Systems

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Salesforce, MuleSoft, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications a plus.

7+ years of experience in software development, enterprise systems, digital platforms, integrations, or related technology disciplines.

3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing technical teams.

Experience working with Agile development methodologies and software delivery processes.

Experience supporting enterprise business systems, customer-facing digital platforms, or integration technologies.

Demonstrated success managing both project delivery and production support responsibilities.

Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to lead teams across multiple technology domains and business functions.
