Role Overview
Lead the day-to-day operations, coordination, staffing, and development of Digital Systems resources located in India.
Support Digital Enablement, Digital Experience, and Digital Integrations teams.
Serve as the primary local people leader while partnering with global functional leaders on business and technology initiatives.
Leadership and People Management
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members across business systems, customer-facing digital platforms, and enterprise integrations.
- Set performance expectations, goals, and career development plans.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and development discussions.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary local manager for India-based Digital Systems team members.
Delivery and Portfolio Management
- Align resources with strategic priorities in partnership with Product Owners, Architects, and Digital Systems leaders.
- Coordinate project delivery, sprint execution, resource allocation, capacity planning, and production support.
