Planning and Inclusion

• Contribute to annual portfolio planning and align product strategies with business priorities and technology roadmaps.
• Lead major capital initiatives and projects affecting portfolio products, services, and business capabilities as required.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, respectful, accessible, and non-discriminatory workplace and service environment.
• Participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary college diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Experience across the full product and systems development lifecycle, from strategy and design through implementation, support, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with product-centric service delivery, cross-functional collaboration, agile practices, and technology alignment.
• Experience managing Sitecore, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, signage, self-service interfaces, or other digital engagement platforms.
• Strong judgment, organizational, analytical, communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Progressive senior-level management experience in a diverse information systems environment.
• Knowledge of, or ability to rapidly acquire, Ontario human rights, accommodation, and accessibility requirements.
