Role Overview
Manage digital product analytics supporting customer acquisition journeys across digital and physical channels.
Deliver reports, dashboards, and analytic deep-dives while maintaining measurement quality and integrity.
The role works in the office 3 to 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Translate business problems into technical specifications and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytic deep-dives.
- Analyze web and mobile data to explain the client acquisition journey through clear narratives.
- Develop new reports in Tableau and Amazon QuickSight and optimize existing reporting solutions.
- Monitor analytics tagging and server-side tracking to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Coordinate requirements with cross-functional business analysts and developers.
- Manage priorities, timelines, and expectations across multiple initiatives.
- Improve analytics processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or related work in a large, complex organization.
- Hands-on experience with Spark, Scala, or PySpark.
- Exposure to analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4.
