Role Overview
Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Design & Interface for a PMC role supporting a growing team.
The role manages end-to-end multidisciplinary design and interface coordination across civil, stations, systems, MEP, rolling stock, and related packages.
The position focuses on engineering governance, interface management, safety assurance, and client representation rather than operations.
Design and Interface Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary PMC focal point for design coordination and interface management across the program.
- Lead multidisciplinary design from concept through preliminary, detailed, and IFC stages.
- Review design submissions, drawings, models, calculations, reports, and specifications for compliance.
- Establish interface processes, registers, matrices, control documents, agreements, and working groups.
- Coordinate designers, contractors, systems integrators, authorities, utilities, and other third parties.
Safety, Assurance, and Delivery
- Oversee engineering and safety integration throughout design and construction, including RAMS, safety cases, hazard logs, and risk assessments.
