Role Overview
Build and lead a team of Delivery Solution Architects supporting large enterprise customers after the sale.
Lead regional post-sales technical strategy so customer use cases move into production quickly and smoothly.
The role reports to the Director of Field Engineering in Canada and works across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and partners.
Team and Customer Leadership
- Manage, hire, coach, and grow a diverse Canada-based Delivery Solution Architect team.
- Assign accounts and distribute work for optimal customer coverage and team balance.
- Act as technical sponsor and thought leader for selected customers and their technical stakeholders.
- Maintain team knowledge of the Databricks technology stack and support certification goals.
Post-Sales Delivery
- Shape and monitor regional post-sales execution strategy for enterprise customers.
- Help teams understand customer goals, use cases, architecture needs, production delivery, and growth opportunities.
- Lead architecture discussions, use-case go-lives, project plans, execution plans, and customer growth strategy.
- Support escalations, reduce customer risk, and address delivery blockers with cross-functional teams.
