The Manager, Data Strategy & Management role is a key contributor within the Data Strategy & Management (DSM) team, responsible for executing and operationalizing enterprise data strategy, governance, and foundational data solutions that enable high‐quality analytics and business insights.
This role partners closely with senior team members, analytics, data science, and business stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable data assets that support commercial and enterprise decision‐making in Performance Reporting. The Manager operates as a hands-on data leader, translating defined strategies and business requirements into well‐engineered, compliant, and reusable data products.

This Manager role will focus on execution, delivery, and technical leadership across DSM initiatives.
Execute components of the enterprise data strategy by delivering data pipelines, assets, frameworks, and solutions aligned to support business priorities of the Data Science, IIS, and Performance Analytics and Insights (PAI) team.
Partner with senior DSM leaders to operationalize governance standards, data quality rules, and best practices.
Support adoption of data strategy through documentation, enablement, and collaboration with Performance Analytics and Insights (PAI) and business teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of data management processes and standards.
Translate business and analytics requirements into scalable data designs, pipelines, and data structures.
