Role Overview
This is a hands-on Analytics Manager role focused on statistical models, data pipelines, and agentic decision-support solutions.
The role combines technical execution, client engagement, production analytics, and collaboration across onsite and offshore teams.
Business Translation and Client Engagement
- Define business requirements with client stakeholders and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.
- Translate stakeholder requests into structured requirements, clarify scope, establish success metrics, and deliver iterative updates through sign-off.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams to ensure clear technical handoffs.
Advanced ML and Generative AI
- Build and maintain sales attribution and conversion models, including overlap and channel-contribution logic.
- Design and implement LLM-based solutions using vector search, embeddings, and agent-style automation.
- Support production AI workflow agents with event logging and recovery mechanisms.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistically compare model alternatives under documented assumptions.
