Role overview
Build, operationalize, and continuously enhance the second-line AI ongoing monitoring and independent review program.
Provide oversight of AI performance, model and agent behavior, drift, emerging risk indicators, control effectiveness, and remediation.
Support AI risk governance, audit finding remediation, and alignment with evolving regulatory expectations.
AI ongoing monitoring
- Design and maintain the second-line AI ongoing monitoring framework, methodology, standards, and reporting processes.
- Establish risk and performance indicators, thresholds, triggers, and escalation protocols.
- Monitor AI solutions for degradation, drift, emerging risks, control effectiveness, and approved risk treatment adherence.
- Develop portfolio dashboards and analyze results to provide independent challenge and escalation.
Independent review
- Lead standardized independent reviews across AI use cases and agentic AI solutions.
- Develop review procedures, evidence standards, and quality assurance requirements.
- Assess AI governance, controls, monitoring activities, and compliance with policies and standards.
- Identify weaknesses and risks, recommend corrective actions, and track remediation through closure.
