Manager, Data Science, AI Risk

Leads the monitoring, measurement, and reporting of AI risk program effectiveness to senior management and governance committees.

Identifies trends, systemic issues, and emerging risks across the AI portfolio and develops recommendations for management action.

Develops and maintains data repositories, dashboards, metrics, and reporting capabilities supporting AI oversight activities.

Uses data analytics and risk intelligence to continuously improve monitoring and review effectiveness.

Supports development of training materials and stakeholder education programs related to AI ongoing monitoring and independent review expectations.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
