Compensation and Incentives

• Salary range is 128,300 to 156,800, with the final amount based on experience, skills, qualifications, contribution, internal equity, and location.
• The annual bonus has a 15% target based on base salary, with potential payout up to 200% subject to personal and company performance.
• Employees may participate in an Employee Share Purchase Plan and Group RRSP with matching DPSP offerings.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data architecture strategy, standards, design patterns, and reference models.
• Establish data standards, controls, and governance practices that improve data trustworthiness.
• Lead and develop internal data professionals and direct outsourced resource augmentation teams.
• Design data models, platforms, pipelines, warehouses, lakehouse patterns, metadata structures, and integration frameworks.
• Support audit, compliance, privacy, regulatory, monitoring, access control, and operational handoff requirements.
