We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager, Data and Analytics.

Extract, transform, and load from various sources, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity. Take measures to independently design and optimize data pipelines, ensuring efficient data extraction, storage, and processing.

Extract and integrate data from external sources, such as public databases, social media platforms and third-party vendors to enhance advanced analytics capabilities.

Conduct in-depth analysis of complex transactional and demographic datasets to identify patterns for identifying risk and opportunities.

Develop innovative and impactful data-based tools and models for propensity modeling and risk mitigation, continuously evaluate the effectiveness of models and make recommendations for improvements.

Extensive technical skill in data mining, able to understand various data structures both structured and unstructured and common methods in data transformation.

High technical aptitude, problem solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, motivation, and passion for data discovery.

Good to have knowledge of Banking domain use cases with specific applications to data science problems.

Must have 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in banking and financial sector.

University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or any other quantitative related discipline, master’s degree is highly preferred.

Proficiency in using Python, Structured Query Language, or similar analytically oriented programming languages.

In depth knowledge and experience with machine learning techniques and algorithms. Experience with cloud analytics platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure and Amazon Web Services and big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark.

Open-minded and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong sense of responsibility.

Knowledge and good experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense will be a strong plus.
