Your Role as Manager-Data & Analytics

• The Manager – Data and Analytics is responsible for enterprise data management and analytics within WMQ. This includes developing the overall data architecture strategy and creating and maintaining standards and best practices in order to enable data driven decision making. You will act as the subject matter expert within the organization and can liaise and communicate with all areas of the organisation.
• Lead the development and execution of Wesley Mission Queensland's enterprise data, analytics and AI strategy, enabling data-driven decision making and innovation.
• Establish and oversee data governance, AI governance, privacy, quality and ethical frameworks to ensure the responsible use of information and emerging technologies.
• Drive opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, forecasting, artificial intelligence and automation to improve service delivery, operational efficiency and client outcomes.
• Define and manage the enterprise data platform, including cloud data services, data integration, analytics capabilities and governance tooling.
• Lead the development of data products, reporting solutions and decision-support capabilities that deliver measurable organisational value.
• Champion a data-informed culture through stakeholder engagement, education, coaching and the promotion of data literacy across the organisation.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and development for the Data & Analytics team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and innovative environment.
