The Customer Service Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by leading and developing a team of customer service representatives.
This role ensures customer interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency while meeting internal performance and service-level goals.

Base Pay Range: $97,500 – $166,000 annually

The position requires a minimum of 30 hours per week to maintain full-time status for benefits purposes; however, the expected schedule averages approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime required as scheduled.
Travel throughout Alaska may be required to support training initiatives, standardize operational processes, and collaboratively address operational challenges across locations.
