The Manager, Curriculum and Courseware, provides strategic leadership and oversight for the governance, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of all ground training curricula and courseware programs.
This position serves as the organizational authority for curriculum management and courseware standards, ensuring training programs remain compliant with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) requirements, and organizational objectives.
The Manager establishes curriculum governance processes, training content standards, and courseware lifecycle management practices to ensure consistency, quality, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness across all ground training programs.
This role leads cross-functional teams comprised of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs), Atlas University (AtlasU) personnel, operational stakeholders, and external training providers to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training solutions.
Serving as the primary authority for ground training curriculum and courseware strategy, the Manager drives innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring training content aligns with operational requirements, regulatory mandates, and organizational goals.
In partnership with senior training and operational leadership, this position develops long-term curriculum strategies, establishes performance metrics, and oversees the successful execution of curriculum and courseware initiatives across the enterprise.
