Manager - CRT Courses

· Identify and approach colleges, universities, and placement departments.

· Build relationships with Training & Placement Officers, Deans, and college management.

· Present campus recruitment training programs and customized solutions.

· Generate leads and convert them into institutional clients.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.

· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

· Coordinate with trainers and operations teams for successful program delivery.

· Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.

· Maintain a strong pipeline of colleges and follow up on prospective accounts.

· Manage existing institutional relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

· Travel to nearby colleges, campuses, and locations as required to deliver training programs, conduct workshops, and support placement and recruitment activities.

Pay: ₹1,095,838.80 - ₹1,233,198.16 per year
