Role Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to l ead Carlisle-managed inbound and outbound transportation operations which includes transportation planning, sourcing, negotiation, carrier management and training . This role requires extensive collaboration with Plant Shipping Operations and Order Management. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in observance of CCM’s brand and strategy and adhere to our core values and service attributes.
The position operates on a standard schedule from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Approximately 10-15% travel time required for this posi tion.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a nd manage a team of 3 to 4 Transportation Operations Analysts
- Lead day-to-day transportation operations which include delivery , load , equipment, and mode optimization, optimal carrier planning (including CCM Fleet driver planning) to meet service and financial objectives, and outbound capacity planning and reporting
