Role overview
Build and scale a newly established Constraints Governance capability within the Portfolio Compliance team.
Improve the processes, controls, workflows, and technology supporting the lifecycle of investment restrictions.
Work with team members and business stakeholders to design scalable governance processes and automation solutions.
What you will do
- Build and operationalize the Constraints Governance Framework for investment restrictions.
- Develop subject matter expertise on investment constraint governance processes, workflows, and controls.
- Partner with Portfolio Compliance, Front Office, Product, Legal, and Operations teams on requirements and operational design.
- Maintain workflows covering intake, interpretation, approval, coding, testing, implementation, and review.
- Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate inefficient or manual activities.
- Design workflow and automation solutions using Power Automate and other technologies.
- Gather requirements and work with technology teams on system and process enhancements.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, and change management for new processes, technologies, and controls.
- Implement Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform reporting for performance indicators, metrics, capacity, and governance activities.
- Maintain governance documentation, operating procedures, process maps, and supporting materials.
