About the Role
UD Trucks seeks a Manager Commercial Competence Development to support competence development for Isuzu Group Heavy Duty product line-up.

Responsibilities
- Support the competence development of Isuzu Group Heavy Duty product line up to deliver good ownership experience and customer satisfaction
- Develop and deliver commercial, product and retail management courses for respective international markets
- Collaborate with region offices and markets to define competence development needs in commercial, product and sales roles
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with ISUZU Group stakeholders
- Define and fulfil curricula based on business needs and priorities
- Develop annual training plan, training calendar and training budget
- Set and monitor training target, create evaluation structures to obtain required outcomes
- Customise/adapt and coordinate translation of material as needed
- Support trainer development through trainer certification programme and 360 feedback
- Implement commercial development 'train the trainer' program
- Manage vehicle launch training projects, including coordination of vehicles and materials
- Support LMS administration and drive implementation across markets
Requirements
- Experience in competence development, training, or learning & development in a commercial or product environment
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs for international markets
- Project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and measure training effectiveness
- Experience with LMS administration
