Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high level analytical insight, reporting, and performance intelligence across Metro South Health
- Partner with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders to translate complex health, financial, and activity data into clear, actionable dashboards and strategic advice
- Drive operational improvement and system wide productivity through data driven decision making
- Lead multiple analytical workstreams, strengthen business intelligence capability, and support clinical network initiatives
- Build a culture of data driven decision making across the organization
Requirements
- Highly skilled in health performance, financial or operational data analysis, with strong BI and reporting capability
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights, dashboards, and executive level reporting
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience partnering across clinical, operational, and executive teams
- Demonstrated capability in driving performance improvement, productivity initiatives, or production planning in complex organisations
- Advanced communication, problem solving, and influencing skills with a strong focus on outcomes and continuous improvement

About This Role
