Overview
- The Manager of Clinical Applications is responsible for the end to end operational governance, service delivery, technical oversight, and continuous optimization of all clinical information systems within the hospital.
- Under the strategic direction of the Director of Technology, this role ensures the Clinical Applications Pod consistently delivers stable operations, timely enhancements, and structured responses to clinical requirements.
- This is a hands on, techno functional leadership role, accountable for ensuring that all day to day tasks: configuration, testing, analysis, interface coordination, user support, documentation, RCA, DR drills, quality audits are completed with discipline and predictability.
