Role purpose
Deliver actionable client insights, business intelligence, and analytics-driven recommendations for Canadian Banking growth, engagement, retention, and profitability.
Serve as an individual contributor with end-to-end accountability for assigned analytics and business intelligence projects.
Work across business, campaign, strategy, marketing, channel, technology, and analytics partners to drive adoption and measurable impact.
Core responsibilities
- Own analytics and BI initiatives from problem definition through delivery, implementation support, and post-launch measurement.
- Deliver client, segment, and portfolio analysis that identifies trends, performance drivers, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reporting frameworks, and self-service BI solutions.
- Develop KPIs, baselines, targets, performance monitoring, and test-and-learn approaches for client growth initiatives.
- Translate complex findings into recommendations, presentations, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
- Coordinate contributors without direct reports and support colleagues through coaching and knowledge transfer.
- Improve analytical workflows through cloud capabilities, automation, standardization, reusable solutions, and practical AI use cases.
- Maintain documentation, reconciliation, peer review, testing, version management, traceability, and privacy and risk controls.
