Manager - Client Adoption Group

• Review and validate member/ entity onboarding and re-credentialing processed by makers to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with defined policies and procedures.
• Perform quality checks on customer documentation, due diligence records, approvals, and system updates.
• Monitor adherence to established SLAs, control requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Escalate exceptions, process deviations, and regulatory concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Support periodic quality reviews and contribute to the implementation of corrective and preventive actions

• Perform checker review of SU, SU3(j), and NSU onboarding and re-credentialing cases.
• Validate customer credentials, supporting documentation, approvals, and due diligence requirements before final closure.
• Ensure onboarding and re-credentialing activities are completed in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Track pending cases and follow up with stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution.
• Assist in maintaining audit-ready documentation and evidence repositories.

• Support implementation and monitoring of regulatory requirements across onboarding and re-credentialing processes.
• Conduct periodic reviews to identify process gaps, compliance deviations, and control weaknesses.
• Assist in maintaining process notes, SOPs, checklists, and governance documentation.
• Support testing and validation of process changes, regulatory updates, and system enhancements.
• Review management reports, exception summaries, and compliance-related trackers for further review.
• Assisting in management reporting / MIS.

• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Sales, Product, and Technology teams to resolve onboarding and re-credentialing issues.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required information, evidence, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in governance reviews and contribute insights on recurring issues, quality trends, and operational risks.
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing within the team to ensure consistent execution of processes

• Qualification: Experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services preferred or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Onboarding. KYC, governance, compliance, risk, or audit roles
• Exposure to RBI data submissions, audits, or inspections – desirable
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Executive presence and assertiveness.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
• Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
• High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
