Hiring: Catering & Accommodation Management Manager
We are seeking an experienced service provider to manage catering and staff accommodation operations in full compliance with company standards and Abu Dhabi regulations.
Scope of Work
Catering: Meal planning, preparation, hygiene (HACCP), procurement, and dietary management
Accommodation: Housekeeping, maintenance, occupancy, and HSE compliance
Staffing: Deployment, training, and supervision
Reporting: KPIs, audits, and compliance documentation
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in similar operations
Proven experience managing 2000+ workforce
UAE/GCC experience preferred
Background in camps, oil & gas, or industrial projects
Relevant degree + HACCP (mandatory)
ISO experience is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Ability to commute/relocate: Should be able to relocate to **Fujierah**.
Salary as per experience and eligiblity.
FAT will be provided.
Yearly ticket and all other benefits as per labour law.
