Role Overview
Lead a team of Campaign Analysts responsible for end-to-end operationalization and execution of customer marketing campaigns.
Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with governance and quality standards.
Translate business requirements into delivery plans while managing execution risks and driving process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing and customer communication campaign execution across multiple channels, media, platforms, and business lines.
- Review and approve campaign implementation plans and execution deliverables.
- Establish execution standards, procedures, best practices, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Provide implementation, analytical, technical, and consulting support to business groups.
- Lead or participate in change management activities, including planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation, and sustainment.
- Coach employees, support career development, improve team performance, and manage performance issues.
- Apply risk management practices and make decisions aligned with approved policies, standards, laws, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Typically 5-8 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.
- High proficiency in Salesforce, SAS, SQL, Unica/Interact, or an equivalent platform.
- Extensive project management experience and advertising or creative agency experience.
- Advanced knowledge and technical proficiency in the financial services industry.
- In-depth communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, influence, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Compensation
- The stated salary range is $70,000-$150,000 with salaried pay type.
- Total compensation may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other benefits.
