Client Delivery & Strategic Execution
Lead transformative initiatives, including organisational design, business process improvement, strategic planning, and operational optimisation.
Partner closely with clients to develop and deliver tailored change strategies, driving effective and sustainable transformations.
Facilitate strategy workshops, stakeholder engagements, and decision-making sessions to ensure alignment and buy-in at all organisational levels.
Apply structured change management methodologies to support successful implementation and adoption.
Business Development & Thought Leadership
Identify and pursue growth opportunities, contributing to proposals, RFPs, and impactful client presentations.
Develop strong, trusted client relationships to position Sia as a preferred transformation partner.
Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and innovative approaches within business transformation, contributing actively to Sia’s intellectual capital.
Leadership & Team Management
Manage project teams, providing mentorship and leadership to junior consultants and analysts.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven team environment.
Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and strategic alignment with client goals.
To excel in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Transformation, Change Management, or Strategy Consulting (Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms preferred).
Proven track record managing complex change initiatives and delivering measurable client outcomes.
