The Manager of Business Project Management is responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and managing teams throughout the project lifecycle.

This role involves driving project success by maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, managing communication and change initiatives, and proactively addressing potential risks or obstacles.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least two years in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, or Agile certifications) is a plus.
• Strong track record of working with senior leadership and stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive strategic decisions.
• Experience with change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model).
• Solid understanding of technical project management principles, tools and techniques.Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams.
