Canada Post is hiring a Manager, Business Processes to lead the design and implementation of SAP-based business process enhancements. You will manage a team, work with stakeholders, and ensure integration with corporate systems.

- Lead the investigation and development of strategy for business processes enhancements based on client requirements
- Analyse and evaluate requirements for business process improvements and enhancements
- Work with Purchasing and cross functional teams to create and evaluate RFPs or RFIs
- Plan and manage the design, testing and implementation of processes and system changes
- Design, develop and deliver training programs and documentation in support of new or revised business process

- Provide subject matter expertise and functional direction on SAP business processing issues related to order management
- Act as the security access authority for a given functional area

Requirements
- Completed post secondary, preferably in a related field OR a combination of equivalent professional experience and training
- 3 to 5 years of relevant functional experience
- Proficient knowledge of SAP application modules and hands on experience in Retail business processes
- 2 or more years’ experience managing people
- Proficient computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent team building and leadership skills and experience
- Sound organizational, analytical, judgement and decision making skills with proven abilities in problem solving
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Qualifications
- Completed post secondary, preferably in a related field OR a combination of equivalent professional experience and training.
- Certification in one or more of the following SAP modules is an asset: Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Warehouse Management, Finance modules.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant functional experience.
- Proficient knowledge of SAP application modules and hands on experience in Retail business processes.
- 2 or more years’ experience managing people.
- One or more years of experience in a unionized environment an asset.
- Proficient computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programs.
- Designation and or certifications programs may be required for certain positions (e.g. Finance & Engineering).
- Excellent team building and leadership skills and experience.
- Sound organizational, analytical, judgement and decision making skills with proven abilities in problem solving.
