Core Requirement
- Serve as a trusted business partner and lead stakeholders through the complete solution lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation, training, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
- Partner closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and operational teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of reporting, analytics, and Power Platform solutions from intake through deployment.
- Coordinate testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production implementation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
