What You Bring /Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or other results-oriented external-facing roles.
Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline development, partner activation, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Results-oriented professional with the ability to turn relationship-building activities into tangible recruitment and enrolment outcomes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by confident public speaking and presentation abilities.
Experience leveraging CRM platforms such as Salesforce to support business development, relationship management, and reporting activities.
