Manager - Business Development-Offline Marketing-Hyderabad

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events in villa communities and plotted layouts.
• Onboard channel partners such as banks, interior designers, and contractors.
• Build relationships with under-construction residential societies.
• Identify high-potential micro-markets and run door-to-door outreach.
• Plan local BTL initiatives including hoardings, lamp-post branding, and collaterals.
• Hire, train, and manage Marketing Executives against lead, meeting, and booking targets.
• Co-build the city offline go-to-market plan with the City Head.
• Coordinate with the central Offline Marketing Lead on budget, agencies, and collaterals.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience, including 2 to 3 years managing a field team.
• Experience in solar, real estate, premium interiors, insurance, or a similar high-ticket, low-awareness category.
• Experience building offline channels from scratch and evaluating local channel performance.
• A field-first approach with regular on-the-ground work.
• Ability to take ownership of lead, meeting, and booking results.

Compensation

• Annual pay is ₹700,000 to ₹1,000,000.
• Benefits include a flexible schedule, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.

Workplace

• Work is on-site and in person in Hyderabad.
• The role is field-first and requires working on the ground most of the week.
