Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and track new business opportunities in Roads & Highways.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or related field.

8–12 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Tendering or Proposal Management, preferably in Roads & Highways / Infrastructure / Engineering Consultancy.
