Billing operations and accuracy
- Manage consumption-based billing processes for direct and marketplace billing models.
- Perform billing validations and control checks.
- Reconcile marketplace billing data with NetSuite outputs, identify variances, and drive resolution.
- Review invoices for compliance with company policies and contractual terms.
- Improve and automate billing workflows.
- Perform daily analysis, exception reviews, and system reconciliations.
- Create and maintain NetSuite reports, dashboards, and saved searches.
