Manager, Billing Operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email communication is critical)

Proven people management and leadership experience

Ability to handle complex billing scenarios and reconcile large datasets

Ability to prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced, global environment

Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and accountability

Experience with Marketplace billing (AWS/Azure etc)

Exposure to subscription billing tools (e.g., SuiteBilling)

Experience working in a multi-entity / international environment
