Five Stars Management & Quality Consultant (FSMQC) is seeking a highly experienced and professional Manager to lead and oversee daily operations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively, with solid knowledge in ISO management systems.
Key Requirements
- Fluent in **Arabic** (spoken and written)
- Minimum of **10 years of proven experience** in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of **ISO Management Systems** (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet organizational objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure business efficiency
- Lead, supervise, and support team members
- Manage and implement ISO standards and ensure compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Implement company policies and improve operational processes
- Ensure targets and business goals are consistently achieved
