Position Responsibilities
- Own operational stability, availability, reliability, and performance for assigned application and automation portfolios.
- Lead incident, problem, and service request management for production support.
- Maintain operational processes, standards, runbooks, and knowledge management practices.
- Drive improvements in reliability, supportability, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Lead support teams for business-critical web applications, integrations, APIs, and RPA production bots.
- Triage, escalate, communicate, and resolve production incidents.
- Oversee web, mobile, and RPA production support, including bot execution, scheduling, and exception handling.
- Coordinate releases, deployments, implementation activities, and production validations.
- Partner with infrastructure and cloud operations teams on hosting environments and platform services.
- Collaborate with business, development, architecture, infrastructure, and support teams to meet service objectives.
- Provide operational dashboards, performance reports, and service reviews to leadership.
- Act as an escalation point for critical business-impacting incidents.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience supporting enterprise applications and technology platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience leading application support, production operations, or service delivery teams.
