Role Overview

Responsibilities and Duties

• Review development requirements and tickets from relevant stakeholders and liaise with them as needed.
• Manage the development team in developing and implementing software applications, components, and unit tests.
• Implement new features based on business requirements.
• Work with other departments to identify opportunities to improve organizational productivity.
• Educate the team and enrich its knowledge base.
• Guide teams at critical junctures.
• Manage the application codebase and changes in a secure environment.
• Gather and evaluate team feedback.
• Conduct team performance reviews every three months.
• Provide timely updates to the Reporting Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Graduation or post-graduation in Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or Data Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in application development and leading development teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
• In-depth understanding of Angular UI, TypeScript, REST API, .NET Core, and EF Core.
• Strong command of C# and SQL is required.
• Familiarity with Git repositories, CI/CD practices, Blue/Green deployments, and Canary deployment patterns.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 23,000–AED 25,000 per month.

Workplace

• The role is performed in person.
