Lead discussions regarding claims trends, collateral management, and program structure.
Coordinate service delivery to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Act as the primary internal advocate and decision-maker for assigned accounts.
Provide thought leadership regarding market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging risks impacting the medical professional liability marketplace.
Participate in the development of alternative risk strategies and business initiatives.
Identify opportunities for business solutions within existing accounts and targeted prospects.
Assist in refining underwriting guidelines, program structures, and best practices.
Mentor junior underwriting staff and contribute to the development of organizational underwriting expertise.
