Role Overview
Blakes is seeking a Manager, AI Learning & Adoption for its Professional Development & Learning team in the Toronto office.
The manager leads technology-focused learning programs and advances the firm's generative AI strategy, adoption, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
The role combines learning strategy, instructional design, facilitation, adoption, change management, and team and vendor coordination.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and self-directed learning programs on generative AI and firm technologies.
- Advance AI and technology adoption through training, awareness campaigns, learning resources, communities of practice, and ongoing support.
- Facilitate technology and AI training for lawyers, students, business professionals, and new hires across offices.
- Partner with technology, innovation, practice, and business services stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Oversee guides, job aids, videos, FAQs, quick reference resources, e-learning modules, learning pathways, and technology curricula.
- Support technology implementations and upgrades through training, communications, coaching, change management, and just-in-time learning.
- Measure learning effectiveness through feedback, usage metrics, assessments, and adoption data.
