Role Overview
The Manager, AI Enablement and Program Delivery will support the design, implementation, execution, and ongoing management of TD Corporate Affairs' AI Enablement program.
The role oversees the end-to-end use-case lifecycle, from opportunity identification and intake through implementation, adoption, monitoring, and benefits realization.
The role is a hands-on program management position that establishes the operating model and manages multiple AI use cases.
Compensation
- The posted pay range is CAD 96,900 to CAD 136,800.
- Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and organizational needs.
Program Operations
- Design and continuously improve the operating model, governance structure, decision rights, RACI, intake process, prioritization methodology, workflow, reporting cadence, and escalation paths.
- Translate the roadmap into an integrated plan with milestones, dependencies, owners, decision gates, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain the portfolio, repository, decision log, risk and issue log, benefits ledger, and executive reporting.
