As part of its global expansion strategy, Voise Tech is looking to appoint a commercially driven Manager - Agency & Brand Partnerships based in Dubai to lead strategic relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and programmatic buying teams across the UAE, KSA, and wider MENA region while driving growth across CTV, OTT, video, and programmatic advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and programmatic buying teams across the UAE, KSA and MENA region
- **Drive sales revenue for:**
- Web video advertising; In-app video advertising; CTV/OTT advertising solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with agency trading teams, media planners, and programmatic buyers.
- Sell premium video inventory, PG/PD/PMP deals, and programmatic advertising solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and industry engagement.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, campaign pricing, and annual partnerships.
- Collaborate with Ad Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and optimisation.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and revenue reporting.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends in digital video, mobile advertising, CTV, and programmatic media buying.
Experience
- 3–6+ years of experience in:
- Digital & Video advertising sales
- Programmatic advertising
- Agency partnerships
- CTV/OTT media sales
- UAE market experience is required
- Existing relationships with media agencies and advertisers in Dubai & KSA are a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of CTV monetisation and video advertising strategies.
